Confirmed Q2 FY27 result dates for Nifty 50 companies
As of 28 September 2026, 03:31 IST, eleven Nifty 50 companies had filed a board meeting intimation with NSE naming the quarter or half year ended 30 September 2026, the second quarter of financial year 2026-27. The earliest confirmed meeting is Tata Consultancy Services on 8 October 2026, and the latest so far is Hindalco Industries on 6 November 2026. Each date below is read directly from the company's own intimation letter to the stock exchanges, not from a news summary.
The remaining 39 Nifty 50 companies had not filed a board meeting intimation naming the September 2026 quarter in NSE's feed at the time of this fetch. That does not mean they will not report this quarter: Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations requires only two working days' prior notice to the exchange before a board meeting that will consider financial results, so a company can announce its date close to the meeting. Treat this list as a dated snapshot of 28 September 2026, not a complete Nifty 50 results calendar: the companies not on it still have to announce and hold their results meetings before the deadline below.
The deadline every listed company must meet
Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, requires a listed company to submit its quarterly standalone financial results to the stock exchanges within 45 days of the end of each quarter, other than the last quarter of the financial year. The quarter ended 30 September 2026 is the second quarter of the financial year, not the last one, so the 45 day rule applies to it in full.
Counting 45 days from 30 September 2026 lands on 14 November 2026, a Saturday. That date is the outer limit for listed companies generally, not only the 11 named above: a company that has not yet announced a board meeting must still have its results with the exchanges by then.
Why more dates will appear
Regulation 29 of the same regulations requires a listed company to give the stock exchange prior intimation of at least two working days before a board meeting that will consider financial results, counted excluding both the day of the intimation and the day of the meeting. Two working days is a short window measured against a 45 day filing deadline, so a company can comply with both rules while announcing its board meeting only in the days immediately before it happens.
That is why this snapshot is short. A board that meets in mid-October or early November, before the 14 November deadline, is within the rules even if no public intimation existed on 28 September. This page was built from NSE's board meeting feed on that date and does not update itself, so check a company's own exchange filings for any date not listed here.
How to read a board meeting notice
An NSE board meeting record carries a meeting date and a purpose, such as Financial Results, or Financial Results with Dividend when the board will also take up a dividend at the same meeting. The purpose field describes what the board intends to discuss, not what it has decided: the results themselves, and any dividend decision, follow the meeting rather than the intimation that announces it.
Three companies on this list, HCL Technologies, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services, have told the exchanges their board will also consider an interim dividend at the same meeting where it takes up results. In each case the letter frames it as an item the board will consider, not a payment already decided: none of the three states an amount, and Tata Consultancy Services' own letter conditions any payment on the dividend actually being declared at that meeting. A dividend on a board's agenda is not a declared dividend, and this page does not treat it as one.
Where the results appear
Regulation 33 requires the approved results to be submitted to the stock exchanges. Several of the letters behind this page describe the board approving results at the meeting itself: Infosys has told the exchanges its results will be placed before the board for approval on 23 October 2026, the second day of its two day meeting, and Tata Consultancy Services' board is meeting specifically to approve and take on record both its standalone and consolidated results.

Common questions on q2 fy27 results dates.
When is TCS's Q2 FY27 result date?
Tata Consultancy Services has told NSE its board will meet on Thursday, 8 October 2026, to approve standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2026 and to consider a second interim dividend. This is the earliest confirmed Q2 FY27 result date among Nifty 50 companies as of 28 September 2026.
When is Infosys's Q2 FY27 result date?
Infosys has told the exchanges its board will meet on 22 and 23 October 2026, with the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026 placed before the board for approval on 23 October 2026. The board will also consider an interim dividend, if any, at the same meeting.
When do HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank announce Q2 results?
Both banks have told NSE their boards will meet on Saturday, 17 October 2026, to approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Axis Bank has called its board for the same Saturday.
What is the last date for Q2 results in 2026?
Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations gives every listed company 45 days from the end of a quarter to submit results to the stock exchanges, other than the last quarter of the financial year. For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, that works out to 14 November 2026.
Why is a company missing from this list?
A Nifty 50 company is left off this list only because NSE's board meeting feed did not yet carry an intimation naming the quarter or half year ended 30 September 2026, as of 28 September 2026. Regulation 29 requires only two working days' prior notice, so a company can announce its date close to the meeting, and this page is a dated snapshot that does not update itself.
Will a board meeting date on this list change?
It can. This page reflects the most recent intimation found in NSE's feed for each company as of 28 September 2026. A later filing by the company would override it, so check the company's own exchange filings before relying on a date.
