About BazaarBaazi
Signed verdicts on India's markets. Four desks, one named editor, no buy or sell calls.
BazaarBaazi is a daily editorial publication that covers Indian capital markets across four desks: PSU and defence, futures and options, IPO and GMP, and smallcap and SME. Every story carries a named byline, a clear verdict, and a public correction trail. The publication is independent, privately owned, and runs no buy or sell recommendations.
Why this exists
Indian market coverage in English-language media skews two ways: tip-stream commentary that survives because the audience never compounds the misses, or institutional research locked behind broker walls. There is a gap in between, where a trader who reads the tape every day can publish a verdict, sign their name to it, log every correction, and let the record stand. BazaarBaazi sits in that gap.
What you will read here
Long-form analysis, structured around evidence the reader can verify independently. Order books from official disclosures. Options open interest from NSE bhavcopy. Anchor allocations from BSE filings. Promoter holding shifts from shareholding patterns. The narrative is editorial; the numbers are public.
What you will not read here
- Buy or sell calls on individual securities
- Price targets, stop-losses, or position-size suggestions
- Tip-stream content, paid promotions, or sponsored stocks
- Anonymous bylines or AI-generated commentary published without a human signature
How the desks work
Each desk has a beat, a working brief, and a daily output cadence. The editor-in-chief commissions stories based on what the desk is seeing, sets the angle and the verdict thesis, and edits returned drafts before publish. The full chain of editorial responsibility is documented on the masthead page.
How we make money
Three streams are planned. Display advertising via Google AdSense; affiliate relationships with regulated intermediaries (broker accounts, mutual-fund platforms) where the affiliate disclosure is on the link itself; and paid newsletter subscriptions for the long-form weekly editions. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored stories, or revenue-share deals from listed companies or their promoters.
How AI is used
AI tools assist with drafting, structured-data extraction, and headline rewriting. The editor of record is human and named on every story. The full disclosure is on the AI disclosure page.
How to reach us
Tips, corrections, and feedback go to [email protected]. The full feedback and complaints policy lives at feedback policy. Corrections to published stories are logged at corrections.
