What BazaarBaazi is

BazaarBaazi is independent editorial media. It is operated by the editor, Aditya Sharma, in his personal capacity. It is not a registered legal entity at present. It is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, or Stock Broker. It does not offer paid trading tips, model portfolios for execution, or any service that would require SEBI registration.

Editorial nature, not investment advice

All content published on BazaarBaazi is journalistic opinion based on publicly disclosed data. It is not investment advice. The signed verdict format ("WHAT BAZAARBAAZI THINKS") is an editorial stance for accountability and transparency, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. User-generated content

Two surfaces accept reader submissions:

• NIFTY-NUMBER predictions. By submitting a predicted value, you grant BazaarBaazi a non-exclusive licence to publish your submitted display name, the predicted value, the submission week, and your computed rank on the public leaderboard and player profile pages.
• Telegram bot interactions. Subscribing to a symbol alert constitutes consent to receive push messages on that symbol until you send /unsubscribe.

Both surfaces are governed by the privacy policy.

Prohibited uses

• Automated scraping at rates above 1 request per second per IP.
• Bypassing widget attribution (the embed code is licensed only with the "Powered by BazaarBaazi" pill intact).
• Ad fraud, including click-bait, click-farming, or any artificial inflation of AdSense impressions.
• Using BazaarBaazi content in a way that would mislead a reader into thinking it is investment advice or a recommendation.
• Reverse-engineering the Telegram bot, NIFTY-NUMBER backend, or any API surface for malicious purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BazaarBaazi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to be accurate and fair, we make no warranty of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
