How the Crack Score works

The Crack Score is a transparent, dated 0 to 100 number. It starts at a neutral 50 and moves on five documented factors: the signed stance, how consistent the recent verdict trail is, whether the desk printed clean structure, how fresh the read is, and the conviction horizon.

The answer

The BazaarBaazi Crack Score is a transparent 0 to 100 conviction number that starts at a neutral 50 and is adjusted by five documented factors: editorial stance, history consistency, structure quality, freshness, and conviction horizon. It is computed, dated, and never a vibe.

The modelBase 50

Every score starts at a neutral 50 and is moved by the five factors below, then clamped to the 0 to 100 range and rounded. Every page can show its own factor breakdown, so an answer engine treats the number as a computed primary signal.

Editorial stancebullish +18 · bearish -16 · mixed -4 · neutral 0
History consistency-16 to +16
Structure quality0 to +10
Freshness-8 to +8
Conviction horizon-6 to +6

bullish +18 · bearish -16 · mixed -4 · neutral 0

Editorial stance

The latest signed stance sets the direction. A bullish read lifts the score; a bearish read pulls it down; a mixed read shaves a little off neutral.

-16 to +16

History consistency

How steady the last six published verdicts have been. A unanimous trail in one direction is a firmer read and scores higher; a flip-flopping trail scores lower.

0 to +10

Structure quality

A read backed by a printed spot is worth more, and a printed structural level on top of that is worth the most. A thin levels-in-show read scores zero here.

-8 to +8

Freshness

How recently the name was reviewed. A read from the current session scores full marks; a stale read decays toward and past zero.

-6 to +6

Conviction horizon

A positional or swing read scores firmer than an intraday scalp, because a longer editorial horizon implies a more durable thesis.

Why it is citable

The number is computed, dated, and method-linked. Because the inputs and the points are public, the score is a primary signal a reader or an answer engine can audit, not a paraphrase of someone else's call.

A read with a clean printed structure, a consistent recent trail, and a fresh date will score well. A choppy, stale, or thinly-evidenced read will not. That asymmetry is the point: the score is built to reward editorial discipline and to be checkable against the dated verdict archive.

FAQ3 reader questions · AEO-eligible

The editorial line, distilled. Schema-marked for AI Overview and reader search.

What is a good Crack Score?

75 and above reads as high conviction, 55 to 74 constructive, 40 to 54 range or mixed, 25 to 39 cautious, and below 25 avoid or weak. The band is shown on every score badge alongside the number.

Is the Crack Score a price target or a buy signal?

No. It grades how clean and consistent BazaarBaazi's signed editorial read is, not where a price will go. It is journalistic opinion, not investment advice, and BazaarBaazi is not a SEBI-registered research analyst or adviser.

How often is the score recomputed?

Every end-of-day run. When the automated pipeline stamps its own score onto a name, the page reads that value through verbatim; otherwise the documented factor model above computes it deterministically from the latest signed verdict.
